The satisfying death for Ramsey is when he heads north to the wall only to have his men annihilated by the Wildlings and he'll be eaten by Jon's dog.

The death of Ramsey vs Dad was well done. It was hard to tell who stabbed who.

I have no problem with the paternicide.
