Shane's Superhero Showdown Winner!

In the end, we all knew it’d be The Dark Knight. How could it not be? It’s the only comic book superhero movie that I can recall that had a shot at best picture going into the Oscars. People actually felt like it was snubbed, which I can’t recall any other comic book movies having that quality of a reputation. And, of course, one of the dang actors took home as Oscar for playing a comic book character. That’s insane. The Avengers, by all regards a tight and fun movie, just doesn’t have that extra to it.
